For the analysis of cross-sections and flesh color of various fruits and melons.

II. Main Technical Specifications

1. Equipped with an optical resolution of 1600dpi × 1600dpi Ziguang M1 color scanner. Maximum analysis and measurement area: 431.8mm × 301mm. Measurement time: ~30 seconds per melon.

2. Fruit and melon cross-section analysis:

(1) Capable of measuring watermelons: longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, total area, rind thickness, hollow area, flesh color grading analysis, and outer circumference.

(2) Capable of measuring melons such as Hami melons: longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, cross-sectional area, flesh thickness, outer circumference, flesh color grading analysis, and seed cavity (longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, area).

(3) Capable of simultaneously measuring 30 apples, pears, etc.: longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, total area, core area, flesh color grading analysis, and outer circumference.

(4) Capable of simultaneously measuring 30 citrus fruits: longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, total area, rind thickness, flesh color grading analysis, and outer circumference.

(5) Also capable of analyzing and measuring the cavity area, flesh area, rind color, flesh color, and flesh thickness of old cucumbers with significant color differences used for seed retention.

3. Built-in calibration function, with separate calibration and correction in the X and Y directions. Features a follow-up magnifier function for precise measurement via mouse drag, monitoring and correcting analysis objects. Supports mouse-selected area statistics, auxiliary cropping of contaminated areas, or eraser correction. Images can be zoomed in/out and viewed locally, with mouse-selected area statistics available.

4. Measurement and analysis of parameters such as color based on the 2015 edition of the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) color chart system. Analysis images, distribution maps, and result data can be saved. Analysis results can be exported to Excel, and analysis-marked images can be output.
